MEDIATION SKILLS TRAINING (MST)
The LMDC Mediator Skills Training Certification Programme is focused on training professionals who have distinguished themselves in their various fields of endeavours and have had experience and exposure in intervening in conflict situations in their respective industries.
The Mediator training is based on International Best Practice modules which would avail participants the opportunity to learn how to mediate conflicts within the organisation or between the organisation and other stakeholders. The training would also equip participants with the right knowledge and disposition to effectively manage negotiations at various levels, in addition to pursuing a career in mediation.
The course fee covers your course materials, tea break, lunch, coaching, and assessment. This 48-hour training comprises 2 days of instruction, 2 days of coaching, and 2 days of assessment. Successful participants will be awarded the LMDC Accredited Mediator Certificate. Payment Details for both trainings: payment should be made via the Lagos State Revenue Deposit Slip which is obtainable in all banks. Please note that in addition to your personal details, the following are to be provided on the deposit slip:

MEDIATION ADVOCACY TRAINING (MAT)
class="big" style="margin: 0 8% 15px">The Mediation Advocacy is ideal for business executives, legal professionals, students and ADR Referrals who wish to acquaint themselves with the modalities for effective resolution of disputes and to maximize capacity for effective representation of their organizations or clients at mediation.
Participants will be introduced to the concept and processes of mediation, cases suitable for mediation, required skills to negotiate the best deal for your client, varied problem-solving skills and options, how to build an ADR practice, other critical issues in mediation in addition to methods of billing clients for mediation. Certificate of Attendance would be awarded to participants at the end of the training.
It is important to note that the Mediation Advocacy Training is imperative for intending to participants for Mediation Skills Training (MST) which qualifies you to be a Mediator.
